We want our customers to be fully satisfied. Should
any item fail to meet your expectations (like * - wrong size or defective), please
email us for return authorization within three days after receipt of delivery. We
will promptly exchange or issue store credit or refund as you instruct. Returns
must be postmarked within 3 days of receipt of delivery.

All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
Returns will only be accepted if it has return authorization no. on the box. Returns
must be received within 7 days after issuing return authorization number.

Upon inspection and approval, we will then issue a prompt refund or exchange. For
Refund 12% Restock Fee will be charged on regular shipping orders and 20% on next day
and second day shipping orders.

Orders once shipped, cannot be canceled and buyer will be responsible for all the
shipping charges.

All tags and labels must remain attached to the merchandise.

Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. We recommend that you send your
return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customer is
responsible for all shipping charges of returned items.

Worn garments will not be refunded, exchanged or issued store credit.
Delivery Period

All merchandise in stock will be shipped within 48 hours and are subject to
availability.
For goods not in stock, the average period is 20 to 30 days.
